Quatrefoil Fabric Wall Art!

Here's my Diy Quatrefoil Wall Art!

I positively love Quatrefoil Prints and came across some curtain panels from Lowe's for under $20, and decided to use this fabric as my art.  What can I say...I love repurposing things!  Here's how this project started.

I found this old modern canvas while shopping our attic one day.  The perfect base for my new project.

Here's the Quatrefoil print panel I used.

So I cut the fabric just a little larger than the canvas.

Then I ironed the fabric well, and tightly attached the fabric to the back of the canvas using a staple gun.  The corners I basically wrapped like a present, and then gently ironed the edges for crisp lines.

Finally I trimmed off the excess fabric, and done.

It now sits in our family room on top of our antique blanket chest.

Okay, fabric wrapped wall art...such a fun & inexpensive home accessory!

  5. What a great room. It looks wonderful. Love your wall art, it is perfect. How about a pillow from some of the left over fabric. I also love orange and blue together. Hugs, Marty

  13. Love love love Quatrefoil. I can't believe you found that panel in that color, LUCKY! I think a scrollie initial would look good in the middle if you ever want to change it up. I am for the blue on the brown, love that combination. The room looks awesome.

  34. Jane, Thank you for checking out my blog, and linking up. This project turned out great, but I for ONE liked the painted canvas before :( but can see how it did not go with your decor, and you made it much better. I hope that you come back more, and link up again. Thanks again, Bella :)
